The Shoe Pouch was intended by Grantwood Technology, LLC to agree to runners and walkers to use the Nike+ iPod Sport Kit® or Nike+ SportBand together with any type of shoe. When designing the Shoe Pouch, our primary goal was to ensure a snug fit, extensively testing it together with reinforced, nylon lace loops, and a Velcro® closure over the insertion slit. These designs maximize the durability of the Shoe Pouch while, much importantly, maintaining the accuracy of the Nike+® system.

The Shoe Pouch will stand up to the elements, and guaranteed not to tear or rip.

The Shoe Pouch matches the correct longitudinal alignment of the sensor, fully covers the sensor and attaches throughout the laces for outstanding safety. Together with a small, low profile, secure, neoprene design, the Shoe Pouch is the answer to utilizing the Nike+iPod® together with any style of shoe.

I scoured the web for the best and smallest pouch for my Nike+ sensor and I came to this item as a conclusion. I had the original Nike+ for the iPod, then also the Nike+ watch. The sensor accurately tracked my data and I never had a problem with it.

I was excited to get the Nike+ system to track my runs, until I started to realize it meant buying the transmitter for my iPhone 3GS AND a new pair of Nike shoes made for use with the transmitter. The lowest price pair I found was $50+. After some research I came across this pouch from Grantwood Technology for less around $7. Seemed like a no-brainer at the time and has proven to be a great decision!

The pouch works great and I simply attached it to the pair of running shoes I already owned. Whats more, if I want to switch to other shoes or share the one responder with my wife it's easy to switch the pouch.

I bought this product to use with my ipod. It came in a variety of colors and was just what I was looking for. I had read reviews of similiar products, and for me, a main concern was that I wanted to make sure the pouch stayed in place. I did not want to have to worry about it flopping around or pulling my shoe laces loose. It did none of those things. I am really happy with this product and have recommended it to others.
